As a Registered Nurse, I was always deeply intrigued by Eastern medical practices, which aligned with my desire to understand why people became sick rather than simply treating their symptoms. This curiosity eventually led me to formally study Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I earned a Diploma in Chinese Acupuncture and Medicine from the Shanghai School of Acupuncture.

In recent years, my training has evolved to include natural, non-toxic approaches to support healthy ageing. I trained under renowned author and educator Michelle Gellis, AP, LAc, MAc, DiplAc, and now specialise in Cosmetic and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture—a rapidly growing, holistic alternative to Botox and dermal fillers.

I am also a Reiki Master, trained by Eileen Heneghan. Reiki promotes relaxation, supports the body’s natural healing processes, and fosters emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. I find it a beautiful and complementary addition to acupuncture treatments
